White Lotus Thai Class

Join us for an evening exploring the cuisine as experienced in White Lotus minus all of the drama! We will start out with preparing a carrot and apple Thai salad to enjoy with fresh bread. Then on to learning how to make chicken pad thai with basil fried rice in groups of four in our commercial kitchens. For dessert, everyone will enjoy a slice of mocha cashew toffee cake to end with a little something sweet. Sawatdee kah!
