Spanish Cuisine Class

Chef Pam invites you to share her passion for Southern Spanish cuisine, inspired by her six-week culinary internship in the charming town of Rota, in Andalusia. We'll begin by preparing the traditional Spanish Garlic Shrimp. Next, we'll create a mixed paella featuring chicken thighs, shrimp, and chorizo. To finish the evening on a sweet note, everyone will enjoy mini rum cakes with toasted coconut and fresh diced pineapple.
