During this experience, Sean will walk guests through the fundamentals of BBQ—from preparing the meat to understanding rubs, sauces, temperatures, and cooking times. Guests will watch the process step by step and then gather around the table to enjoy an incredible BBQ meal together. As an added bonus, Sean will sample his famous Smoked Pork Belly on a Stick for everyone to try and will take guests outside to see and smell the smoker in action.
