Menu
Appetizer: Bruschetta
Sliced Italian bread toasted and brushed with olive oil, topped with our marinated Roma tomatoes and finished with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
Salad: Cranberry Walnut Salad
Crisp Romain tossed with toasted walnuts, dried cranberries and red onions. Finished with our homemade balsamic vinaigrette and shaved asiago cheese.
Small Plate: Cheese Ravioli with Vodka Sauce
Our pillowy ravioli filled with ricotta and Parmesan cheese, lightly nestled in our velvety and rich vodka sauce.
Main Course: Chicken Cacciatore
Sliced chicken breast, sautéed with mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions and garlic. Slowly simmered in marsala wine and our famous marinara sauce. Gently placed the top a nest of Albanese’s Angel hair pasta.
Dessert: Maria’s Tiramisu and our homemade Cannoli
Please NOTE: This is not a class—it is a dining experience, presented in the spirit of our Supper Club series.
