Pasta Making Class

Pasta making can be intimidating but not when you learn with us at the kitchen! We will make it fun and delicious where everyone makes their own fresh, egg pasta dough, then we sheet it out and hand cut it into tagliatelle. Our sauce will be an herbed cream sauce with roasted red peppers and wilted spinach. For dessert, everyone will enjoy a cherry, amaretto tiramisu to end the evening with a little something sweet.
