The evening will begin with Denny performing his acclaimed “Neil Diamond Story” where he masterfully blends Neil’s greatest hits with the stories and inspirations behind the music. Audiences will enjoy not only the iconic songs but also selections from Neil Diamond’s vast catalog—spanning 39 Top Ten singles and over 100 million records sold worldwide.
Following the first set, guests will be treated to a delicious dinner prepared by Chef Pam and her culinary team:AppetizerFrench Onion Soup - slow-caramelized onions simmered in a rich, savory broth, topped with homemade toasted croutons and melted Gruyère cheese. French bistro salad and herbed bread twist
Entrée
Chicken Cordon Bleu - tender chicken breast filled with savory ham and Swiss cheese, finished with a delicate golden crust. Served with classic Lyonnaise potatoes with caramelized onions and fresh parsley, alongside buttery Vichy carrots gently glazed to highlight their natural sweetness.
Dessert
Cherry Clafoutis - a classic French baked custard studded with sweet cherries and finished with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
After dinner, Denny will return to the stage to continue the “Neil Diamond Story”, with a surprise or two along the way!
