Join us for an evening inspired by the vibrant flavors of southern France, with a special focus on the coastal city of Marseille. We’ll begin by making a classic olive tapenade to enjoy on freshly prepared bruschetta, followed by a hands-on experience creating the iconic Provençal fish stew, bouillabaisse, in groups of four—served with crusty bread for dipping, just as the French do. To finish, everyone will prepare their own apple galette drizzled with a salted maple glaze. Bon appétit!
