COOKING SCHOOL WAIVER KIDS/TEENS SUMMER COOKING CAMP AND KID’S PARTIES Chef Pam (Pam Dennis) and our CPK team are excited to host a kids/teen cooking class at our kitchen working with your kids. Parents or Guardians please fill out the following information. If your child has any allergies or food they should not eat, please send a separate email to me at: [email protected] 96 hours prior to the class to accommodate the allergy. We will be tasting foods throughout the program and using a variety of food products. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans don’t always unfold as expected, and we truly appreciate you letting us know if something changes. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a 75% credit. Cancellations made within 7 days may receive a 50% credit if we can fill the spot. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds within 48 hours of the event, as food and staffing have already been thoughtfully arranged.
